Step into your future this June. Arkansas Tech is opening its doors for two high-impact, hands-on summer experiences. Join the next generation of Arkansas leaders. Arkansas Gifted & Talented CAKE (Creativity, Agriculture & Knowledge of Enterprises) takes place June 8–12, 2026, from 8 am–5 pm is and designed for rising 11th and 12th grade students. Participants explore the state's food and tourism systems through agricultural labs, agri-tourism investigations, enterprise development activities, and creative problem-solving tasks during this free camp designed to strengthen analytical reasoning, innovation, collaboration, and real-world application. The Mobile Human Sciences Summer Camp runs June 15–19, 2026, for rising 8th through 12th grade students with a schedule of Monday 12 pm–5 pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8 am–5 pm, and Friday 8 am–12 pm. This free, immersive deep-dive into the industries of Apparel, Hospitality, and Nutrition is held in partnership with the University of Arkansas and the USDA, allowing students to explore high-demand career pathways through hands-on learning on the ATU campus with free meals and a camp t-shirt included.
