Students who wish to address a grievance should first contact the appropriate department, office, or faculty member in writing. Although initial discussion may occur verbally, students are strongly encouraged to submit their concerns in writing to ensure clear documentation. If the matter is not resolved at the initial level, the student may pursue the formal appeal process as outlined in the Complaints Policy section of the ֱ Student Handbook.
If the student completes Arkansas Tech's complaint process and fails to resolve the grievance, a further complaint may be filed with the
Federal regulations require ֱ to disclose whether its degree programs meet U.S. jurisdictions’ educational requirements for licensure (34 CFR 668.43(a)(6) & 34 CFR 668.72(n)) as each state and territory have different professional licensure and certification requirements.
