The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows students to earn college credit by demonstrating their mastery of college-level material through standardized exams.
The cost of the CLEP exam is $95, paid via an online account . Effective July 1, 2025, the new CLEP exam fee will be $97. Test takers who purchase their registration tickets on or after this date will be charged the new fee. Registration tickets purchased prior to this date will still be valid until their stated expiration dates.
An additional $30 fee is paid directly to ATU. The exam fee paid with debit/credit cards are paid directly through Testing Services in Doc Bryan, Suite 211. Cash payments will be accepted through the Office of Student Accounts in Brown Hall, Suite 241. Personal checks are not accepted.
The CLEP exam is administered in Doc Bryan, Suite 211.
